WE ARE COMMITTED THAT WE DELIVER YOUR ORDER IN GOOD CONDITION AND ON TIME.
Below are our standard Shipping estimates -
Dispatch date for standard orders : Next day or one day after date of booking (working days). Dispatch date for COD and International orders : within 3- 4 working days of booking date.
Most of our standard orders are shipped within 1 day of order booking and delivered in 6-7 days from shipping. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days, to ship the order depending upon the order size and product. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers and depending upon where you live estimate a delay of 2-3 days. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
1. CC Jewels offers free shipping on all domestic orders of jewelry placed on our website. This policy is also applicable to all COD payments (if offered).
2. For all International orders, shipping mode used will be as per buyer’s preference & is chargeable accordingly.
3. We at CC Jewels believe in 100% transparency and we want to deliver exactly what we have committed to you. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort from our end to process your order as quickly as possible. We will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of your order.
4. We will communicate the dispatch details to you and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by you while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, you should immediately notify us. In some instances it takes longer to dispatch the shipment, the same will be mentioned on the product detail page or will be communicated to the buyer; in all other cases the aforementioned free shipping policy applies. Under all other unavoidable circumstances which may cause delay, we shall update you to the contact modes provided by you.
5. You as a buyer have an obligation to forthwith check the product/s for damage upon receipt of the same. If the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to put a comment behind the receipt & contact us within 24 hrs. If the product/s are damaged then please don’t sign the receipt & contact us immediately. Our liability for damaged goods ceases once you sign the delivery receipt without any comments.
