Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refund -

1. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. If you face any manufacturing defect while receiving the parcel then we can replace it with the same design.

3. You need to send us the opening video of the parcel while you receive the product. The product unpackaging video is mandatory for further queries.

4. Refund is possible when a buyer receive a damage product and provide the opening video of parcel. Buyer will receive the refund immediately after we receive the broken/ damage product back.

5. Cancellation is not allowed after placing order, in special cases cancellation will be allowed but within 2 hours of order placed after that cancellation wont be accepted in any case or situation.

6. Return is possible when a buyer receive a damage product and provide the opening video of parcel. Buyer will receive the refund immediately after we receive the broken/ damage product back. CC Jewels will repair the product and reship to buyer if buyer faced a manufacturing defect for which opening video is compulsory.

7. CC Jewels do not offer Exchange policy.
